Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Times can vary with destination, customs and the carrier.

The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

We ship to the United Kingdom, all EU countries, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, the UAE, Israel, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and Singapore.

For orders outside the UK, any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and are paid by the customer.

Yes. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Our pieces are cut loose and relaxed. Each product page has a size guide in centimetres and inches, measured flat. For the best fit, compare the measurements with a piece you already own. If you're unsure, email us and we'll help.

The fabric and weight (GSM) are different for each piece. You'll find the exact details on each product page.

Check the care instructions on the product page. As a general rule: wash inside out at 30°C on a gentle cycle, do not bleach, tumble dry low, and never iron directly on the print.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. Email ramciel16@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back until you've received them.

In the UK and EU you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Read our full Refund policy.

Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or give you a full refund, including postage.

The fastest way is to return the item you have for a refund and place a new order for the size you want.

We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

Email us as soon as possible. Orders go into production quickly, so changes may not always be possible. You can still cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under your legal rights.

COLD ENDS represents the moment the cold sets in and the need for warmth begins. Our first collection, Season 01, is designed for the colder days, bringing warmth, comfort and confidence when the temperature drops. The cold arrives. We end it. Built to be seen.
